Terms
What this app is, what it is not, and what it does not promise.
What this is
29percent is a companion to a product you bought from the Catalyst store. It records what you do and shows it back to you.
It is not a medical service. It is not a clinic, a pharmacy or a prescriber. Nobody reviews what you record, and nothing in it is medical advice.
What it says, and what it will not say
The app states what you recorded and the protocol you chose. It does not predict, project, estimate or grade you, and where it does not know something it says so rather than filling in a number.
What you take, and when, is your decision with a healthcare professional. The app never chooses an amount for you.
Buying
Ordering, paying, delivery, returns and everything else about the product itself happen at the Catalyst store, under that store's own terms. This app only reads your order history — it cannot place, change or cancel an order.
When it does not work
The app can be unavailable, the store can be unreachable, and a reminder can arrive late or not at all. A reminder is a convenience, not a guarantee, and it should never be the only thing standing between you and a dose.
It is still being built. Screens change, and so does this page.
The writing in Learn
Learn is Catalyst's own writing, with its sources named on each article. It is background reading about these compounds, not instructions for your body.
What counsel still has to add
This page describes how the app behaves. It is not a contract, and the clauses a real terms of service needs are deliberately absent rather than copied from somewhere else.
Still to be written by a lawyer: who this agreement is with, which law governs it, liability and its limits, how these terms may change, what happens when an account ends, and how a dispute is handled.
